Sweet nothing

Aaargh! So it turns out enabling hi-res snapshots is a one-ticket for crash city to me, thanks to whatever bug is lurking in the mandatory upgrade versions. Also, seems ambient occlusion (which smooths the edges on shadows) isn't working so well either. *Sigh*

On plus side, it's nice to have legacy search back, and... I don't see any glitch lines on these photos!

Anyways, a couple of pictures showing some more items from We <3 Role-Play. I've been posting a lot of gowns lately, so time to get back into skimpies, heh.

Love roleplay? Love shopping?

There's a new roleplay shopping event on the way, and I can't wait.

So many favourites will be participating in this event. Regulars will include The White Armory, Soedara, Roawenwood, Evie's Closet, Kouses's Sanctum, The Plastik, Silkworms, and Aeva/Heartsick. Guests will include Arwen's Creations, Fallen Gods, and Zaara.

That's just a small sampling of the stores involved. A lot of those listed I don't know so well, so it will be nice to discover some new stores. A full listing is included at the end (or you can read more about it on the We Love Role-Play blog.

Last day of the Midwinter Fair

Today (23rd December) is the last day of the 30L Midwinter Fair, so if you haven't been yet, better hurry!

There are lots of 30L and some 50% items on offer and a Christmas tree with gift items, all 5-10L, most of which are transferable. Naturally, you can 'gift' some of these to yourself :)

There's also a hunt with free prizes - look for the Christmas baubles dotted around the market. Some stores have prizes back at their mainstores too.

Conquer mesh outfit from Silk Worms

This outfit from from Silk Worms is tagged as silks/kirtle on the marketplace entry, but I find it's got a bit of an edge.The (rigged mesh) skirt looks like chainmail as much as anything, giving it a bit of a fierce, grungy look. So, I imagined this girl as someone a little more free-spirited - perhaps she's run away to the woods to become a panther!

The skin is from a new skin line, BRAT[inc], by AzureFera Resident, who was kind enough to pass me a blogger pack. There's a great variety in her store, but this is one of my favourites (it's Pure Natural T3). Lots of detail, plus the freckles and reddened cheek make for a lovely outdoors-y look - clearly, this girl's been out in the sun and wind.

30L Saturday at Silk Worms, yay!

I love it when Silk Worms are part of this sale... it's a great chance to pick up some of their fab clobber for an absolute steal.

This cute but saucy slave girl outfit is called 'Pink Kiss', and it's definitely my pick of the 30L offerings I've seen so far.

(Mind you, for 30L, I think some fae could probably grab the outfit just for the flower belt!)
