If you've been living under an in-world rock, you might not have heard that Truth Hair currently have a massive sale on, until 15 December. Everything at the mainstore is 50%, even the most recent releases. (The exceptions being those styles which are currently exclusive to various events round the grid.) So now is the time to stock up on anything you may have missed!

Also, Leafy skins are back on the grid, and there's another sale. You can pick up a gacha skin for as little as 40L, or 'standard' skins are up to 175L, with big reductions on fatpacks as well. Hopefully this means there will be new skins - and appliers! - soon.

Clothes are from Senzafine, jewelry from Zaara, and the belt is part of an outfit from Evie's Closet.

More from the Fantasy Gacha Carnival, which runs until the end of the month.

Again, the hair is Penelope from Calico, and if it looks familiar, it's because it's a variation on the Penny style which was released last winter. You have all the same colour-change options for tweaking the bandana and the beads, so you can get all matchy-matchy with your outfit.

Jewelry is from Frogstar's Marauder collection. I modifed the arm wrap a little, turning it from a wrist bangle to an upper armband. The chains around my wrists come from Haste, while the belt back is from Pucca Firecaster, and the thigh dagger is from The Forge. (I also tweaked the positioning of this slightly, turning the dagger from the front to the side.)

The top is one of the leather tunics from Aphorism. The rares from this machine come with an 'Arrow Attack' hud - activate it to see an arrow appear in your shoulder as you collapse to the ground, writhing with pain.

Boots and skinny pants both come from the The.Plastik. Both are actually from previous Fifty Linden Friday/ Lazy Sunday outfit packs... and why is this relevant? Because there are more fabulous goodies from Vae in this round of FLF, in the shape of another outfit pack and a fantasy skin. I haven't been there yet (and probably won't have time to blog them), but I can promise you I am going there right now!

Gypsy girl (and psst, there's a sale at Nomine)

When I saw these new mesh tie tops from Nomine, I immediately thought 'gypsy' as I'm very literal like that. Paired with this headscarf hair from Oblivion, now available at the Genre event, it was the basis for the look. (The scarf is colour-change, with seven different options available.)

Had nothing much to do (am becoming too afraid of my inventory to tackle sorting it) so I wandered over to Izzie's sim, which seems to a bit of blogger hotspot for photos at the mo.

25L Fall Fete: New from On a Lark

25L Tuesday's Fall Fete continues through Wednesday, and tomorrow will see many designers putting out new sale items to help you stretch your Lindens! Don't forget to mark Wednesday in your diary as well, because it'll be trick-or-treat day at the Fete, with some gifts for you dropped into cauldrons by the designers.

Some of the upcoming new releases that I absolutely love are the Pashmina Dresses and the Pashmina Scarves from On a Lark. They're sold separately and are both available in nine colours, giving you the freedom to decide if you want to contrast or co-ordinate colours.  Both items share the same art noveau- inspired print, it just makes me think of the famous 1970s (and recently re-launched) London label, Biba.

I'm so going to be there tomorrow to grab this outfit in more colours! (But do feel free to elbow me out of the way if I'm drooling over it too long.)

Sweet Pea at Boho Culture Fair

Boho Culture Fair opens today, and Cloey Scorfield kindly passed me two event exclusives from Sweet Pea to blog.

I had a lot of fun with them, especially Zula, which is a really versatile mesh dress... great for a grungey contemporary look, or layer it up to make it a perfect Free Woman, medieval or gypsy outfit for roleplay.

Nomine: New (sale!) releases

Well there goes my lindens. The good news is Munchflower Zaius has just released a plethora of new mesh items; dresses and skirts. The even better news is that they're included in the 100L marketplace sale that continues until Friday!

There are some cute new mainstream sundresses, some halterneck maxis in either Hallowe'en-y or oriental prints, and lots of new maxi skirts, perfect for gypsies or other mixing'n'matching.

Poor Virgos! Seems to have been decided they're the housemaids of the Zodiac, judging by the amount of cleaning utensils available at the latest round of Zodiac. (I suppose someone has to tidy up after all the messy Aries and Sagittarians.)

Never mind; it makes for great RP props for the rest of us. There are some really fun collab pieces from Cheeky Pea and Exposeur, and in tems of clothes, it's great to see an established and much-loved fantasy store like Evie's Closet taking part. (Last round had Solange! - I'm really liking this about Zodiac)

Also, nothing is over 200L, and lots more in store as well, so, what's not to love...

Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves: Hunt prizes!

The Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves hunt kicked off today and runs until 15 August. I had a quick run round some of the stores and there are lots of fun prizes to be picked up. Best of all, they're all FREE (not even dollarbies!)

The hunt starts at Reliquia, and you can find a hint list with slurls at the Slave blog or you can visit the official Red Silk Productions blog. 70 stops in total and you're looking for a crystal ball.

One Voice: Lula's floral skirts meet Solange's casual tops

... and begin a beautiful friendship. These two One Voice donation items go together so well - Tte bold colours of Lula's mesh skirts team up so nicely with Solange's casual brocade tops. And serendipitously, there are six colours of each!

Some are a closer fit than others, but because the floral skirts combine so many different shades, you could play around with different tops to find your favourite. I've mostly gone matchy-matchy here :)

The look is accessorised with the Addiction's delicate Temple of Light jewelry set, while new release Kiki from Truth in a white-blonde shade lends an ethereal flavour to the look. (The hair is not a one voice item, every else on the avatar is!)

Soedara - Saman din Zori mesh roleplay outfit

Soedara's Saman din Zori (meaning: Shaman of the Sun) outfit is maybe her most versatile yet.

It comes in earthy and 'exotic' tones, and could be worn by sweet submissives, hard-working girls, or raggle-taggle gypsies. The leather textured options are perfect for panthers, amazons or huntresses. It also has a mystic edge (reflected in the name), rendering it suitable for wood elves, witches and wiccans, nature spirits, and wild girls of all sorts.

The character I imagined for the photos is a kind of forest guardian - an Artemis without a bow.

30L Saturday at Junbug

Junbug make another of their occasional appearances on the 30L list today... and as usual, the outfit is crazy cute.

The outfit comes in four colours (purple shown here) and the rather opulent skirt would be great for mixing and matching with other pieces in your inventory.

Shape is another 30L offer by the way - from Belissima, who have three female shapes for 30L today.

Rag Dollz: More medieval midnight mania!

Even more thanks go to the ever-generous Emedea Morgenstern, who's just put another medieval gown out on one of the Rag Dollz midnight mania boards!

The red Casterly Rock gown is still on the group midnight mania, but the newbie, Tavern Wench, is on the board that's open to all.

As you can guess from the name, it's not one for high-born ladies.

A change of direction for Soedara - this time, a Free Woman (or medieval, or gypsy) outfit in mesh (so for mesh capable Second Life viewers only)

This outfit is all about options, as it comes in many different colours or pattern. Once you've chosen which is your favorite, there's then an abundance of ways to wear it...

Evie's Closet - Lenka gypsy outfit

Another truly gorgeous outfit from Evangeline Miles. Lenka is a gypsy outfit based around patchwork detailings, a white chemise and a delicately-shaded skirt.

There are colour matching add-on 'Butterfly Crowns' as well, sold separately, so you can add to your Lenka... or any other outfit.

Jewels are the Auna set from Kosh. They're scripted for texture change so you can match them to your outfit.

Woot! Shack are running a hunt, this weekend only - so Sunday 20 May will be the last day.

30L Saturday at Sweet Poison - BeeCharmer silks & dress

The stand-out, for me, of this week's 30L round has to be Sweet Poison's crazy cute Bee Charmer outfit.

You can buy either a gypsy- or wench-style gown or slave outfit based an the same theme (fairies might find the silks of interest too!)

The outfits centre around a patchwork tube top and matching skirt/belt, decorated with flowers.

There are four colours in each, and today only, they're a knockdown 30L!

FallnAngel Creations - Ostara egg hunt

The sixth annual FallnAngel Creations Ostara egg hunt is now on, and runs until 2am SLT on March 22.

I find this hunt very time-consuming as, while the eggs are largely hidden 'in plain sight', they're spread across five sims!

There's 75 hunt eggs and they cost 1L each... I don't know how many people find them all. I was thrilled to find about half!
