CNY Fest, celebrating the Chinese New Year, opens on January 31st. (It's the Year of the Horse, and from what I've seen of predictions so far, a lot of people will have a good year, and others will have a mixed year. I don't think I saw any disasters promised for anyone, thankfully.)

The event is brought to you by the people behind the Water Lantern Festival, so you know what that means - an eclectic shopping experience on a beautiful sim.

Participating designers include Junbug, Half-Deer, Xiaj, Posesion, C'est La Vie!, FAUN, and lots more, with a mix of regular stores and gachas.

From the CNY event, I'm wearing an outfit is from Amitomo, who have created two different versions of a schoolgirl look. Each is an one-piece mesh outfit of coat or cardigan, shirt, tie and skirt. The adorable hedgehog purse is from 2PM, and the cute flat shoes are the Haru sneakers from Mon Ami's gacha. Poses are by Posesion, from the Tokyo set.

I've also included some more items from the Fantasy Gacha Carnival which opens in a couple of day's time - the peacock shoulder pet from Unrepentant, Little Tasta's cute ankle warmers, and the panda earmuffs from Geisha Dreams.
