Just a Girl is vendor of the week at Port Haifa and there's not one but two free gift outfits to be picked up over the next few days. Both are wintry outfit - one is similar to a classic kirtle while the other is more like a camisk.
You'll find both just at the docks at Port Haifa - the special stall is almost right in front of you as you step off the ship. Wander a little bit further and you'll come across the freebies section with gifts from Shack, Delicious and others.
The hair featured is another gift - Truth recently sent out a variety pack of the Fernanda hair as a subscribo group gift. If you aren't a member, you can still sign up (free!) and retrieve the hair from the past notices.
Go to the Truth terminal in-store, and 'join group' (it's a subscribo so doesn't actually take a group space). Right-click and touch the 'join group' and select the history option on the pop-up. Click on the relevant group notice and the gift will land in your inventory.
