As usual, it's as fine a creation as we'd expect from TWA. (It's black silk and faux fur btw, I'm not terrorising the poor tiger.)
The stand-up collar and chain are a nice touch, and as you can see it's not for modest types.
It comes with two skirt options, so you can wear it with a relatively slim fit, or go all out and wear a train.
And if the subjects of your dominion have a problem with that? Loose the cats upon them!
