As you can tel from the name and patterns, the outfit is Chinese-inspired and even though the outfit is technically armor, it isn't overtly martial.
The hair sticks look like they could do some nasty injuries though.

Some wonderful detail on the prims - the goat's head belt motif for instance.
Chi comes in three colours - water (blue), earth (green) and fire (red) - and costs 600L.
The pack includes hair decorations (two separate hair sticks), belted skirt, jacket and pants on clothing layer, prim top, and jacket prim (this is the 'tails' of the jacket).
(NB flowers are part of the hair not the outfit.)
